Leadership Commitment

At Collins Aerospace, we understand that a successful diversity journey requires a strong level of commitment from leaders at all levels. We are fortunate to have a senior leadership team that is supportive of our various inclusion and diversity related programs, starting with our CEO, Kelly Ortberg.

This leadership engagement comes in a variety of forms, including sponsorship of each of our Employee Resource Groups, involvement in reverse mentoring programs and unconscious bias training, as well as support and implementation assistance of our overall inclusion and diversity strategy. Without this support, we would not be able to continue forward with our diversity journey and make Collins Aerospace an even better place to work for everyone.
