Collins Aerospace is known around the world for our reliable, high-quality aviation products. We’re also known in our communities for our commitment and involvement in education – especially supporting science, technology, engineering and mathematics.

Whether it's mentoring a FIRST® LEGO® League team or tutoring a disadvantaged student, Collins Aerospace and our employees are making our communities better places to live and work. We believe in inspiring the next generation of engineers and innovators, and in building strong, vital communities as a way to ensure the success of our business.

K-12 education outreach
Our educational initiatives offer students of all ages the opportunity to take part in experiences designed to go beyond textbooks and place learning in their hands. These activities support classroom learning with interactive experiences and mentoring relationships with our employees and retirees.

Charitable giving
We support a variety of educational and nonprofit organizations in the United States and around the world. Our community involvement includes a strategic focus on education, which is also our top priority for charitable giving. We also fund arts and cultural organizations as well as health and human services agencies in an effort to build resources that shape and enhance our communities.

Green Communities program
At Collins Aerospace, we believe taking care of the environment is vital to our future. Being a good environmental steward benefits not only our business, but everyone. Through our Green Communities program, we help fund projects and programs that will positively affect the environment in the communities where our people live and work. We support a variety of educational and nonprofit organizations worldwide.

Collins Aerospace Retiree Volunteers (RCRV) program
Collins Aerospace retirees operate the RCRV program with the support and cooperation of our company. Their efforts benefit many community agencies and the people those agencies serve. The broad scope of organizations and agencies using RCRV community project programs represents human services, education, arts and sciences, recreation and other special and general community needs.
