What if I don’t fly the number of flight hours I am contracted for?

CASP contract minimum flight hours will remain in effect. If the aircraft is contracted for above the minimum flight hours and it does not reach that level, a debit will be issued for the difference at the end of the term. If you fly over the contracted amount, an invoice will be issued for the overage at the end of the term.

How do I pay for my CASP contract?

Once the signed contract is returned, an invoice will be generated. The invoice provides various methods of payment (ie: wire transfer, credit card, etc).

When you have a Collins Aerospace Authorized Dealer provide the removal, replacement and return to service labor for the no-charge exchange Equipment, you will be reimbursed for labor at the then- current labor hours and rates set forth in the contract between Collins and the Collins Authorized Dealer.

What do I do when my equipment fails?

  • E-mail address

Once Collins is notified of an aircraft sale, a contract transfer email, along with a copy of the current contract, will be sent to the new owner for acceptance of existing terms and conditions.
