Rockwell Collins' Intertrade named Aviation Week MRO of the Year

PHOENIX (April 8, 2014) – Rockwell Collins and its Intertrade business have been selected to receive the 2014 MRO of the Year award for innovative supplier/OEM services provider from Aviation Week. The award was presented at the MRO Americas conference being held this week in Phoenix.

“This award is a great testament to the significant efforts that have been employed by Intertrade to meet evolving needs to a growing global customer base,” said Thierry Tosi, vice president and general manager, Service Solutions for Rockwell Collins. “Our successful expansion into the engines and components, as well as our recent opening of our London distribution center, are both examples of tailoring our business to meet customer requirements.”

Aviation Week editors selected Intertrade based on its “bold expansion into engine parts and its customer-centric approach to used parts over the decades.”

Intertrade offers competitively priced new and recertified aircraft components and engine parts for sale, exchange or lease. The company’s extensive inventory covers multiple military and commercial equipment manufacturers, aircraft platforms and Air Transport Association chapters. More information is available at
