IRT-2110/2120 Iridium Transceiver

Overview

Now your flight crew can get reliable voice and data communications over the global Iridium satellite network with IRT-2110 and IRT-2120 Iridium Transceivers from Rockwell Collins. The IRT-2110 and IRT-2120 provide connections to customary and standard flight deck voice and data systems. And both systems support Future Air Navigation System and Aircraft Communications Addressing and Reporting System requirements.

The IRT-2110 and the IRT-2120 offer telecom connections flexibility via conventional telephony devices through either standard two-wire Tip-and-Ring circuits or through four-wire audio connections. Our comprehensive telecom features include intercom calling, call transfer, conferencing and follow-on dialing. The transceivers meet all of the standards and compliances to support installations and certification on any aircraft model. Rockwell Collins Iridium transceivers operate with the Rockwell Collins Iridium Configuration Module (ICM-2100), a separate device that holds the Iridium SIM cards and the system configuration information.
