The Odyssey handset, complete with customizable software, allows for full control and calibration of a system's projectors. It enables them to be addressed individually or in groups, and it makes system alignment and calibration as efficient as possible.

The handset is ergonomically designed to give intuitive menu driven control over the display system. The interface consists of a thumb wheel, three "mouse" buttons, and an LCD screen whose brightness can be adjusted to enable the user to work in total darkness if necessary. It can access all of the projector functions and has a long cable enabling the user to move freely around the environment while adjusting the system.

Cobra is a network based client/server system that provides a central user interface to all Rockwell Collins hardware within a network. The Cobra software suite user interface can be run on the display control PC and has the ability to control all components of the Rockwell Collins display system via the odyssey handset.
