In a real-image display, an image is projected onto a screen that is viewed directly from the screen surface - focused at the screen distance. Such display systems are able to provide large horizontal and vertical fields of view and offer a wide choice of screen size, shape and finish, depending on the application. Multiple projector channels are overlapped and blended to cover a full or partial dome.
