The U.S. Air Force at Wright Patterson Air Force Base selected Rockwell Collins in a competitive procurement to perform the
B-1 Training System delivery order awarded under the Training Systems Acquisition I omnibus contract. The multi-year program
involves comprehensive operations, maintenance, concurrency engineering, and life-cycle support for B-1B aircrew and maintenance
training system equipment which includes: Weapons System Trainers (WST), Mission Trainers (MT), Cockpit Procedures Trainers
(CPT), and the suite of Maintenance Training Devices (MTD).

The program provides for the continuous operation and sustainment of the B-1B Training System Support Centers (TSSC) and includes
Contractor Logistic Support (CLS) services at Dyess Air Force Base, Texas, Ellsworth Air Force Base, S.D., McConnell Air Force
Base, Kan., Sheppard Air Force Base, Texas, and Mountain Home Air Force Base, Idaho. Among the host of support activities
performed, the TSSC at Dyess Air Force Base provides mission database development and integration support for the Lockheed
Martin IVACC visual and sensor simulation system not only for the B-1 but in support of the F-15 and B-2 communities as well.
