We are proud to offer our Worldwide Rental-Exchange Program to complement the services available from Rockwell Collins and our dealer network. This program provides our customers with an extensive inventory, strategically located throughout the world, to ensure a prompt response to return aircraft to service whether in warranty or not. Rental/Exchange provides support for Air Transport, Business and Regional, Flight Dynamics, and Cabin Systems equipment in addition to select non-Collins equipment. Our commitment to you is to ship within 24 hours when available, usually the same day. A Rockwell Collins Rental/Exchange Pool is nearby and ready to provide services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

In addition, Rockwell Collins Services offers in conjunction with our Rental-Exchange Program, the Corporate Aircraft Service Program (CASP). CASP is a service program that minimizes downtime of your aircraft while reducing life cycle costs. CASP covers yearly maintenance costs for equipment supported by Rental/Exchange with the same level of service whether performed by Rockwell Collins or authorized dealers. This maintenance also includes comprehensive reliability upgrades. CASP also simplifies budgeting and administrative task with a yearly fee based on aircraft configuration and actual flight hours.
