HF Messenger™
For military and commercial users alike, the Rockwell Collins HF Messenger™ software has made beyond-line-of-sight e-mail/data
communication a reality, allowing communication to and from aircraft, ships, ground vehicles and remote locations. Rockwell
Collins' HF network expertise provides a variety of network design and management tools and services to aid the HF user with
forging and operating simple to complex communications networks. We provide training for users and network administrators
through a variety of courses to give a better understanding of how HF networked communications function. Additionally, we
supply total life cycle/turnkey HF communications solutions through installation, training, maintenance and capability growth.
Rockwell Collins' systems can be tailored to airborne, shipboard, transportable and fixed ground applications.
Network Communications
The Rockwell Collins HF communications network can be designed for an in-country application or extended to a global network
for worldwide coverage to provide ground, airborne and maritime personnel with secure data and voice communications. We have
designed and maintained a worldwide network of 15 globally deployed HF stations with capability for secure/nonsecure voice
and data communications. This system is as easy to operate as a telephone, allowing the operator to concentrate on communications
rather than HF connectivity.
