Rockwell Collins offers the state-of-the-art ADC-87A air data computer to meet requirements for the 1,000-foot vertical separation
minimums required to operate aircraft in airspace with RVSM. The Rockwell Collins ADC-87A meets the demanding performance
requirements of high-performance business jets and regional aircraft. What's more, it exceeds the FAA technical standard order
(TSO) accuracy requirements.
Installation of two Rockwell Collins ADC-87As provides true dual redundancy required by the RVSM mandate without the need
for autopilot recertification. Dual redundancy can also be achieved by using a single ADC-87A in combination with a single
Rockwell Collins ADC-80.
