Rockwell Collins has designed, developed and produced compact and high performance Head Up Displays (HUDs) for both the commercial and military aerospace markets. Leveraging that technology, Rockwell Collins has developed a Head Up Display for use in military ground vehicles. Our HUD enables the driver to keep his or her vision forward -- out the window -- thereby enhancing situational awareness by presenting all critical data on a see-through combiner that is daylight readable and dimmable for nighttime use. The HUD is full color and displays text as well as images from an RGB or LVDS source.
