Rockwell Collins has integrated its extremely rugged DAVS 100 camera with its popular high resolution ProView^TM SO35 monocular display to create the ProView SODAS-35 vision system.

The sytem provides high resolution color imagery from a range of user-selected sensor information from the DAVS 100. The DAVS 100 offers 1.5X, 6X and 12X magnification field of views (FOVs), allowing target recognition from 5 meters to more than 400 meters. The system also offers the option for an external sensor input, such as a thermal camera. The system is powered through a rechargeable battery pack that also includes HMD brightness control. All other controls, including FOV selection and image overlay on the FOVs, are controlled with the touch of a button on the DAVS 100.
