Our innovative software approach utilizes a micro-Service Oriented Architecture (micro-SOA), which is a vital backbone for an open systems solution. The OpenEdge backbone, based on the Open Service Gateway Initiative (OSGi) standard, provides a short timeline for fielding new capabilities, and allows the reuse and sharing of software components. Our OpenEdge software allows for growth as protocols, messaging standards and mission needs change.

OpenEdge software applications provide NCO capabilities. Through OpenEdge's OSGi backbone, these applications can tap into current or new platform equipment and provide additional NCO capabilities such as Common Picture, Collaboration, Gateway, Vehicle Routing, Imagery, and Mission Specific capabilities.
