Rockwell Collins declares regular quarterly dividend on common stock

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (April 26, 2007) - The Board of Directors of Rockwell Collins (NYSE: COL) has declared a quarterly dividend of 16 cents per share on its common stock, payable June 4, 2007, to shareowners of record at the close of business on May 14, 2007.
