CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (July 30, 2002) - The Board of Directors of Rockwell Collins (NYSE: COL) has declared a quarterly dividend of 9 cents per share on its common stock, payable September 3, 2002 to shareowners of record at the close of business on August 12, 2002.
