Rockwell Collins appoints new Government Systems business development vice president
CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (January 26, 2009) - Scott White has been named vice president of business development for Rockwell Collins Government Systems. White is responsible
for leading Government Systems' marketing and sales organization, which includes overseeing all Government Systems' business
pursuits for Rockwell Collins.
White joins Rockwell Collins after serving a combined 33 years with Rockwell International and The Boeing Company. White has
a broad leadership background including contracts, finance, program management, business development and general management
for domestic and international defense and commercial programs.
White served in various leadership roles, including vice president of business development for the North American Aircraft
Division of Rockwell International. From 1998 to 2000, he served as president and CEO of a joint venture company with Aero
Vodochody in the Czech Republic. White then was named general manager of B-1B and B-2 programs for Boeing.
"Scott White brings more than 30 years of experience to this position, along with an in-depth knowledge of our customers'

Government Systems. "Over the years, Scott has developed trusted relationships and insight that will play a key role as we

White graduated from California Polytechnic State University with a Bachelor of Science degree and earned a master's degree
in Business Administration from Pepperdine University. White has been active in his community with non-profit organizations,
having served as board president of the Friends of Arts Education in southern California. White currently serves on the National
Czech & Slovak Museum & Library Board in Cedar Rapids.
