Rockwell Collins Announces Road Show Dates and Live Webcast

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (June 11, 2001) - Rockwell Collins, in preparation for its anticipated June 29, 2001, spin-off from Rockwell International, is conducting a road show, a series of meetings and presentations with the global investment community. The meetings will begin in Minneapolis on Tuesday, June 12, 2001.

Participating in the road show are Clay Jones, Rockwell Collins president, and Larry Erickson, senior vice president and chief financial officer of the post-spin Rockwell Collins. Jones and Erickson will visit about 15 cities in the United States, as well as London and Paris.

The road show presentation will be broadcast live via a webcast on June 15, 2001. The broadcast, airing at 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time, can be accessed by logging on to the investor relations section of www.rockwellcollins.com. In addition, as of June 12, the road show presentation will be available on both the Rockwell Collins and Rockwell ( www.rockwell.com ) sites. Visitors will be able to listen to the presentation as well as download the presentation slides.

Last December, Rockwell International Corporation (NYSE: ROK) announced its intention to spin-off its Rockwell Collins avionics and communications business to its shareowners. Shares of Rockwell Collins will trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the trading symbol "COL."
