Rockwell Collins Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend On Common Stock

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (July 02, 2001) - The Board of Directors of Rockwell Collins, Inc. (NYSE: COL) has declared a quarterly dividend of 9 cents per share on its common stock, payable September 4, 2001 to shareowners of record at the close of business August 13, 2001.
