Rockwell Collins’ Board Sets Date of First Annual Shareowners Meeting

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (November 02, 2001) - Rockwell Collins today announced that its Board of Directors has set the date, time and location for the company’s first annual meeting of shareowners. The meeting will be held on Wednesday, February 13, 2002, at 10:00 a.m. (Central Time) at the Collins Plaza Hotel, 1200 Collins Road NE, Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Holders of Rockwell Collins common stock at the close of business on December 17, 2001, the record date, will be entitled to notice of and to vote at the annual meeting.
