Rockwell Collins Aviation Services Receives Customer Support Award
CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (November 14, 2002) - Harry Gregory, vice president and general manager of Rockwell Collins Aviation Services is the 2002 recipient of the SAE Aerospace
Customer Support Person of the Year Award. The award was presented at the World Aviation Congress in Phoenix, Ariz., by the
SAE Aerospace Program recently.
Gregory was recognized for his innovative efforts in redefining the traditional OEM service business model to a precedent-setting
model for insuring customer success and his continual drive towards improved customer responsiveness.
The SAE Aerospace Customer Support Person of the Year Award honors individuals who have contributed to the advancement in
safety, reliability, and product worthiness in air transport and/or military aircraft through initiative, dedication, and
excellence in personal interfaces while working with customers to achieve operational efficiency for customer.
