Rockwell Collins Presents Kemet Electronics Corporation with The President's Award for 2003

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (April 09, 2003) - Kemet Electronics Corporation, Simpsonville, S.C., has received The President's Award for 2003 from Rockwell Collins. The award was presented by Clay Jones, President and CEO, at Rockwell Collins' Annual Supplier Conference.

"Kemet has proven to be an exemplary supplier for Rockwell Collins," said Dave Young, vice president, Material and Supply for Rockwell Collins. "It has shortened its lead times, assisted us in reducing inventories and provided top-notch customer service."

Kemet also received the Capacitor Commodity Supplier of the Year award for the third straight year for being a consistently high performer in quality, delivery and support service.
