Intertrade marks 40th anniversary with new offerings, capabilities

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (Aug. 31, 2009) – Intertrade, a wholly owned subsidiary of Rockwell Collins, and a global leader in providing new and recertified aircraft components, is celebrating its 40th anniversary by offering expanded capabilities and services for its commercial and government customers that include:

• Opening new global distribution centers strategically positioned in London and Singapore in order to meet and exceed customers’ fill time requirements around the world.
• Providing OEM parts distribution, supply programs, consignment redistribution programs, and repair chain management solutions for broader, for more flexible customer solutions.
• Investing in aircraft teardowns, including two recently purchased Boeing 757-200s, to strengthen its supply chain and diversify inventory offerings.
