Chris C. Rauch

Director

Chris Rauch is the Director of Intertrade, a Rockwell Collins Company. In his position, Rauch is responsible for the overall strategy for the acquisition and sale of both Rockwell Collins and non-Rockwell Collins used equipment, as well as the evaluation of new business opportunities, acquisition strategy, market & competitive analysis, and pricing. Rauch oversees all technical operations that support the Product Lines, Procurement, Sales Teams, and the Memphis Warehouse Operations, and monitors P&L, operational and financial metrics to ensure performance objectives are met.

Prior to joining Rockwell Collins in February 2009, Rauch was Vice President of Sales & Products with Volvo Aero Services in Boca Raton, FL, where he had overall responsibility for the marketing and sales of aircraft engines & APU's, as well as aftermarket parts sales, and engine & APU leasing.

Prior to joining Volvo in September 2004, Rauch was employed by AAR in Wood Dale, IL, where he served in key positions of increasing responsibility in Business Development, Inventory Planning, Product Line Management, and Program Management positions.

A native of Chicago, IL, Rauch holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aviation Maintenance & Management from Lewis University and a Master of Business Administration from DePaul University in Chicago, IL.

Rauch is new to the Cedar Rapids area, but has been active in the community as a youth softball coach.

Steven J. Bell

Manager, Product Line Operations

Steven J. Bell is manager of product line operations at Intertrade, a Rockwell Collins Company. Mr. Bell is responsible for strategic market identification and pursuit, asset evaluation and purchase, inventory management, pricing and profitability for aftermarket equipment for all product lines world wide. Intertrade buys and sells used equipment, selling and sourcing the right parts at the right price with the quality expected of a Rockwell Collins company.

Bell served as a Trader with Intertrade for 5 years, conducting both sales and purchasing activity. Since acquisition by Rockwell Collins, Bell has held a variety of positions of increasing responsibility in product line operations. He was also Manager, Aftermarket Operations from 2007-2008.

A native of Cascade, Iowa, Bell earned his bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from Iowa State University, and a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Iowa.

Patrick C. Phelan

Manager, Material Services

Pat has been responsible for the material needs of Intertrade since he joined the company in 1999. Working with a talented team of professionals, he has managed the company's inventory and has been a catalyst behind Intertrade's growth over the years. Pat has also provided key leadership in the company's service and market expansion, and provided oversight in the opening of distribution centers in London and Singapore to aid in positioning material in order to satisfy global customer demand.

Holding a variety of key management positions with both airlines and aftermarket companies, Pat brings a diverse background to Intertrade that is expected of a 30-plus year aviation veteran. Originally from New Jersey, Pat has lived in numerous places throughout his career before settling at Intertrade in Cedar Rapids.

Shawn M. Bergquist

Supply Chain Manager

Shawn M. Bergquist is Supply Chain Manager at Intertrade, a Rockwell Collins Company. In this position, Bergquist is responsible for purchasing aircraft for teardown, asset leasing, and supply and repair chain pursuits, programs, and management. 

Prior to joining Rockwell Collins in May 2008, Bergquist was in Operations and Power Plant sales with MidAmerican Aerospace, a start-up aftermarket aerospace supplier in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Prior to MidAmerican Aerospace, Bergquist was employed as a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt and analytics leader at GE Capital Vendor Financial Services, also in Cedar Rapids. Prior to calendar year 2000 with GE, Bergquist served 12 years in the US Army and Special Operations Command as an Infantry Officer and Comptroller within the 75th Ranger Regiment in varying positions of increasing responsibility.

Bergquist holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics Statistics from the University of Illinois.

Bergquist serves on the Finance Committee of St. Matthew's Catholic Church and volunteers as a YMCA soccer and t-ball coach.
