Don't forget about Ann Arbor

I work at Kaiser Optical Systems in Ann Arbor, Mich., which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Rockwell Collins. I wanted to let you know how much I enjoy reading Horizons magazine. I find the articles about the individuals who make up Rockwell Collins very interesting.
 
It also would be nice to see some of the fascinating and important people from our small company featured. We are somewhat of a "distant cousin," and it would be easy to feel left out. I appreciate being able to share my opinion with such a great company to work within.

Chadick article encouraging

I have really enjoyed the opportunity to get to know the members of our senior leadership team in a more personal way. The article about Gary Chadick - published in Horizons online (Volume 13, Issue 1, 2008) - details many of the decisions he had to make through life's journey. This shows that we all have tough decisions to make at times. It also is great to see the full involvement he has with his family, and how important they are to him. The article was very encouraging and shows that when you carry out your passion, you can go pretty far in what you love.
