Rockwell Collins AC20-153 LOA Type 2 (DO-200A Compliance) (Updated 10/2/2007 1:29:43 PM) Rockwell Collins is the holder of a Type 2 FAA Letter of Acceptance (LOA) to include Jeppesen and Lufthansa data. This means that the FAA has determined that Rockwell Collins International complies with AC 20-153 and RTCA/DO-200A with regards to the processing of data.
Per AC 90-100A, the navigation database should be obtained from a database supplier holding an FAA LOA in accordance with AC20-153. This LOA provides recognition of a data supplier's compliance with the data quality, integrity, and quality management practices of RTCA DO-200A, Standards for Processing Aeronautical Data.

CPAS-3000 Operating System Recommendations (Updated 6/26/2007 11:10:15 AM) Rockwell Collins would like to remind operators that we recommend that their CPAS-3000 laptop should be dedicated to aircraft operations only. The laptop should not be used on office networks. The laptop should meet or exceed the following minimum system requirements: 1. Windows 2000 or Windows XP operating system. 2. Administrator Rights. 3. At least 600 MHz Pentium III processor, 128 Mbyte RAM and 10 Gbyte hard drive. 4. CD-ROM drive. 5. Ethernet hardware that supports 100 Base T. |

FMS 800 (Updated 1/23/2007 10:05:35 AM) Technical support for the FMS 800 is provided by the applicable Government Systems program. Users should contact the Government Systems program through their program office. New users, requiring navigation database updates for the FMS 800, should contact the Database Support group for quotes on the Database service. |
Navigation and IFIS Database Subscriptions (Updated 1/23/2007 10:05:36 AM) Information on database content is available on the Subscription Forms page. Airline, Corporate and Fractional users can download and fax in the registration form or contact the Database Support group directly. |
Database Downloads (Updated 1/23/2007 10:05:36 AM) Users with an existing subscription to the Database Service can register to download their database on the Downloads page or by contacting the Database Support group. On the FMS Database Support page are links to Database Alerts. These Alerts provide notice of late changes, discrepancies or limitations of a database and can be downloaded as PDF files. |
