The Collins NVG compatible Radio Control (CTL-X2-NVG) is based upon
Proline II CTL-X2 radio controls.
The CTL-X2-NVG provides all features of the CTL-X2 radio controls. It
has a green colored display and backlighted frontpanel, built with usage of
advanced LED technology. The NVG compatibility refers to Military Standard
MIL-L-85762A, Green B.
Keeping in mind the backward compatibility, the CTL-X2-NVG has been
designed to use the same mating connectors and mounting dimensions as the
CTL-X2 radio controls. It can be used with all applicable Proline II radios
while providing NVG compatibility in the cockpit.
