Collins equipment on-board your aircraft are included: Exchanges and Rentals Removal and Refit Coverage Component Repairs and No Fault Found (NFF) Comprehensive Reliability Upgrades One Consolidated Annual Invoice Discount for Early Enrollment and Renewal
CASP covers everything necessary to maximize aircraft dispatchability.

received at the start of the annual program covers each aircraft for an entire
year.

CASP provides rental-exchange support 24x7 worldwide from locations
in the United States, Singapore, England, France and Australia. Our commitment
to you is to ship within 24 hours.
REMOVAL AND REFIT
The extensive Rockwell Collins dealer network has repair facilities
at many of the locations used by our customers. These on-site dealers/representatives
can provide specialized assistance to diagnose specific problems, remove defective
components and refit a replacement component into your aircraft. This service
is at no additional cost provided an approved Rockwell Collins dealer is used.
COMPONENT REPAIRS AND NO FAULT FOUND (NFF)
Under CASP, component repairs of any Rockwell Collins product installed
in your aircraft is covered within your annual membership. CASP also covers
No Fault Found (NFF) removals that would otherwise result in increased maintenance
costs.
COMPREHENSIVE RELIABILITY UPGRADES
Consistently improving service is as important to us as it is to you.
By maximizing service life, on-wing reliability is improved, increasing aircraft
dispatchability and inventory costs are reduced.
ONE CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL INVOICE
Overwhelming administration costs are a thing of the past. Warranty
administration, repair estimate processing and invoice processing - all phases
of maintenance administration - drive operating costs. CASP changes all that.
Under CASP, you receive one invoice at the start of the annual program, based
on your own forecast of operating hours. Operating hours and billing are
reconciled at the end of each contract period. That's it. No further administrative
effort on your part is required.
