New Graduate Qualifications

We are looking for Accountant Trainees, Hardware Engineers, Software Engineers, and Systems Engineers to contribute to the development and production of our advanced communication and aviation electronics. Your skills, along with our training, will allow you to accomplish some the following:

Accountant Trainees

  • Determine proper input to ADS master files and rate tables; prepare direct input into ADS, and input adjustments and corrections based on analysis of ADS reports.
  • Analyze asset and liability accounts to ensure proper valuation of assets and proper recognition of liabilities.
  • Establish current standard cost values for all parts and equipments, and measure actual results against these standards.
  • Analyze and audit accounting activity and basic source data for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Administer the company’s credit policy, verify customer financial capability and secure timely payment of outstanding receivable balances.
  • Process and control cash activity including receipts and payments to employees.
  • Participate in the preparation of operation expense, financial and cash budgets and forecasts; analyze actual results compared to budget and forecasts.
  • Demonstrate resourcefulness and expand overall knowledge of the responsibilities of the accounting position to which assigned.

Hardware Engineers

  • RF Link Analysis, subsystem breadboarding, integration and test of production prototypes
  • RF/Microwave integrated circuit design
  • Digital Circuit Design
  • Analog Circuit Design
  • Design of digital ASIC’s using VHDL or VLSI
  • Coordination of EMI & environmental qualification tests

Software Engineers

  • Participate in all phases of the software lifecycle: requirements definition, design, code, integrate, and test. Tactical display manipulation, sensor interface, flight management, database management, and weapon control management.
  • Real-Time Embedded Software Development
  • Jovial, Ada, C, C++, Java Software Development
  • Utilizing VAX VMS, Rational Apex, and Windows Environments
  • Digital Signal Processing (DSP) Algorithm Implementation

Systems Engineers

  • Requirements capture, design, analysis, integration, and testing of tactical avionics systems
  • Analyze, develop, simulate Global Position Systems (GPS) & Digital Signal Processors (DPS) algorithms
  • Regulatory, Customer, System, Subsystem Requirements Capture & Validation
  • Airline, Airframe, Flight Deck, Cabin Operations Analysis
  • Safety, Maintainability, Testability Analysis
  • Avionics System Definition & Testing
  • Communication System Analysis
  • RF Link Analysis
  • Customer applications research and market analysis support
  • On-site support for customer systems engineer (e.g. Airlines)
  • Integration Laboratory Development & Subsystem Testing

All positions require an undergraduate or graduate degree in applicable engineering, math, or science field or equivalent with demonstrated high academic and/or job performance. We are especially interested in hiring individuals with demonstrated analytical thinking, team building, and communication skills.
