Engineers at Rockwell Collins... They're some of the brightest people you'll meet. They design, plan and apply the theories and principles of science and mathematics
to research and develop solutions to improve and advance technologies.
But wait - I'm not an Engineer... That's okay. You don't have to be an engineer to be an important part of Rockwell Collins' success. We have opportunities
in a number of technical and non-technical areas where we can use your talents.
Lean Electronics SM – The way we do business
As a new graduate, you will be able to participate in Lean Electronics events. Lean Electronics is an enterprise-wide process
improvement philosophy designed to create a lean and agile company characterized by high quality, short cycle times, and cost-effective
processes and products. Our Lean Electronics initiative is based on two fundamental requirements:
- The first is to ensure that we remain externally focused on providing better value to our customers. We know if we achieve
this, our competitive position will likely improve as well.
- Secondly, to implement more than just Lean activity, but provide a mechanism to incorporate Lean Electronics into our business
philosophy. We have made great strides in making Lean Electronics a way of doing business every day at Rockwell Collins.
