Alan Caslavka is the Vice President & General Manager of Command, Control, Communications and Intelligence (C3I) for Rockwell
Collins. In this role, Caslavka is responsible for product development, manufacturing, new business pursuits, sales and operating
profit for the C3I portfolio. In addition, Caslavka is in charge of the Richardson, Texas facility.
Since joining Rockwell Collins 22-years ago, Mr. Caslavka has held many positions in various Manufacturing Operations, Engineering
and Program Management positions. He served seven years as the Director of Navigation Systems, where he was responsible for
worldwide Global Positioning System (GPS) solutions for soldiers, weapons systems and aircraft applications. Most recently,
Caslavka served as the Director of European Sensors and Displays, located in the United Kingdom.
In 1992, Caslavka was recognized as Rockwell International's Engineer of the Year and in 1996, led a team that was awarded
the McDonnell Douglas Aerospace "Spirit of Excellence" and "Model of Excellence" awards for outstanding contributions as a
supplier.
Caslavka earned a Bachelors of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University of Science and Technology
and has a Masters in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University.
Caslavka and his family reside in Dallas, Texas.
