Rockwell Collins has a matching gift program for its active employees. This program provides a one-to-one match for gifts to qualified educational and arts & cultural institutions. Gifts may be in the form of cash, check or securities. The minimum eligible gift is $25. A maximum of $5,000 will be matched for any individual employee donor during a calendar year. Organizations are eligible to receive a maximum of $25,000 in matching funds during a calendar year.
