Rockwell Collins Printed Circuits currently has a customer acceptance rate of 99.9%. This has been achieved by strict adherence to the industry standards identified below, by achieving the certifications also identified below, and by following the principals of Lean Electronics. All processes are reviewed for efficiency and capability to produce products that meet or exceed our customer’s expectations in as little time as possible. This process exposes any quality issues very quickly, and corrective as well as preventive actions are taken to meet the reduced lead times necessary in today’s business climate. Circuit board production chemistry and processes are precisely controlled through Statistical Process Control (SPC). Rockwell Collins Printed Circuits also maintains one of the best equipped process control and Group B testing labs in the industry. Monthly qualification testing is performed by our DSCC-certified Group B testing lab. We offer complete, in-house electrical testing, on bed of nails and flying probe testers.
