Custom designs
Since 1952, we have specialized in designing mechanical filters to meet special requirements that our OEM customers have.
Over the past half century we have designed and manufactured thousands of different filters for our customers. During much
of this time we have offered several filters as "Low Cost Product Line" filters in order to be able to supply filters at lower
prices. We continue this tradition today. However, the demand still remains for filters with characteristics that will not
allow any compromise; thus we continue to design and build custom filters for many of our customers. The price of these OEM
filters can be equal to or even less that our "Low Cost Product Line" filters, depending on the quantity ordered.
So if you don't find a filter in our listings that meets your requirements, please provide us the information shown in the
"Custom Designs" section and we will be more than happy to assist you. We may have already designed your filter and it simply
is not in our listings.
Rockwell Collins Filter Products does custom designs. We can design from center frequencies of a few kilohertz to 750 kHz.
Bandwidths range from .02 to 5 percent. Operating temperature ranges can extend from -55° C to 85°C or greater when enclosed
in a hermetic package.
