Employee Resource Groups

Building connections through our employee networks

Through our eight employee resource groups, we offer our employees across the United States the opportunity to meet peers and learn more about what our employees like to do professionally and personally. Connecting our similarities and learning from our differences are key to a successful diversity journey.

Our employee resource groups, led by employee volunteers, provide more ways for our employees who share common interests, cultures and backgrounds to get connected at our company through special events and mentoring opportunities.

We have active groups at various office locations in California, Florida, Iowa, Texas and Virginia, which coordinate a range of activities, including:

  • Partnering with our internal recruiters on sourcing and retention efforts
  • Supporting on-site cultural awareness activities
  • Hosting ongoing speaker series and educational presentations
  • Offering mentoring and networking opportunities
  • Supporting volunteer and fundraising needs within their community
