The Rockwell Collins Child Development Center is managed by Five Seasons Learning Centers, a partnership between Cedar Rapids Community School District and St. Luke's Hospital.

Our primary purpose is to provide a safe, healthy, caring and nurturing environment, with highly qualified staff to educate and protect the children we care for.

Eligibility

• Serving children ages 6 weeks - 5th grade
• Enrollment for infants thru age 1 is only open to children of Rockwell Collins employees.
• Enrollment for 2-5 year olds and Before & After School Program is open to children of Rockwell Collins employees as well as current employees' grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
• Enrollment in our Summer Camp Program as well as our 1/2 day Preschool Program is open to contract employees of Rockwell Collins as well as the general public if spaces allow.

Our well-established program offers the following:

• An open door policy for all parents.
• Warm, nurturing & developmentally appropriate environment for infants & toddlers.
• Preschool program for children ages 3 – 5 years, which enhances their development & nurtures each child’s self confidence.
• Summer Program offered for children completing Kindergarten through 5th grade.
• Entertaining & educational Field-trips.
• Nutritious & appealing breakfasts, hot lunches & snacks prepared by Aramark Food Service.
• Co-operative parent involvement through a PTO.
• Well trained, caring & enthusiastic staff.
• Secure location - kiosk entrance with PIN code access for added security.
